Why on god’s blue earth would I tell anyone to use cex when you stole 200$+ from me via your cloud mining scam?

Dear Innomen ,

I understand your frustration but no one has stolen funds from your account. Please consider the fact that market investments involves risks and due to GHS price drop it cannot be considered as stolen.

Horse shit. YOU stole the funds when you arbitrarily canceled the program. I paid for access, and you used lack of profit as an excuse. That’s like operating a car lot, selling me a car, but keeping the money and keeping the car because the lot wasn’t making you any money. If I wasn’t poor I’d sue you for fraud and win.

I paid for X hash of processing power for life. I have zero access to that power and no refund on my purchase price. The risk was supposed to be from my bitcoin earnings, not from you just ending the program. This wasn’t the market’s fault, or mine. You stole from all of us.

Dear Innomen ,

I have already explained the issue and we have published the necessary information about GHS in the past. We kindly request you not to use abusive language as it doesn’t motivate us to assist you in a better way.

The risk was from GHS becoming unprofitable. If they are, fine. But I’d still have them. I don’t because you stole them.

Either give me my GHS or give me a refund.

This is not about the GHS being profitable.

I paid you for a service you are not providing.

That’s fraud. End of discussion.

It’s EXACTLY like me paying to lease a car for life and you keeping it and the money.

I will accept the GHS in physical form. If they are so worthless then you can mail me my accounts GHS balance in working chip form. If they are not worthless then you keeping the balance is theft and you know it.

Do you even have any idea how much I bought or did you just delete the records since you knew you’d just be stealing the entire pot anyway?

I didn’t bother replying, it’s clear that they’ll just repeat the tired line of “risk” which isn’t the point as explained at length several times above.

Bet you my balls they are still using all the GHS hardware we all paid for and making bitcoin off it. They just aren’t sharing because of course sharing (or standing by contracts) isn’t “profitable.”

Sadly the law only protects people who can afford lawyers. If you keep  your offenses “civil” (as in civil suit grade) and you limit your targets to people who can’t afford lawyers, you can do whatever you want.
