Arguing against measures that would help you along with all humanity?
Then you literally don’t know what’s good for you. You’re like a child. Which is why abusive adults have stepped up and decided to treat you like one. Like a hyper religious abusive parent they don’t care about you at all but only the potential service you can spend your life offering their cause. They’ve tightly controlled all the inputs given to your brain, the contexts you’ll allow yourself into, the fiction you choose in service of those contexts, and the spin you’ve been primed to give every piece of data that you allow inside your child size filter bubble.
You are literally livestock in the eyes of the top richest people on earth and they commissioned an entire philosophy and worldview for their PR firms to promulgate which destroys its believers and profits its inventors. It’s literally a bio weapon in cognitive form. And yet I know none of these facts will even begin to penetrate. I’m literally too late. They got to you during childhood and now you’re frozen in place. Probably your parents and their parents as well because a lot of the original architects are long dead, having bequeathed the truth to their children so they can in turn own you and yours.
I wish I could wake you. But honestly if possible at all I suspect it would require cult deprogramming intervention levels of temporary power over you.
Wages haven’t risen since the 70s but profits have and now 26 people own as much wealth as the bottom poorest half of the planet. The only new jobs added to the economy in the past decade have been contractor gig work purpose built to undermine expensive employees with actual lives.
And you’re all in favor of it all because they have flat out programmed you to serve them as if they are gods. You believe everything they tell you (especially when they tell you work equals wealth) through the media companies they own. And you genuinely hate anyone who threatens their complete stranglehold over all industrialized life.
I wish I knew where to go from here to get you serving your own and your species interests again, but sadly I don’t. And thus your life and my life continues to slide towards the third world.
The difference is I know why, while you can’t ever.
I want you happy and safe, but I don’t wish you good luck, since you’re fighting for a hellish corporate dystopia. 🙁 I hope you fail in that regard obviously.

Thank you man, but the game isn’t over, because the game is about to change. Climate change and automation will force radically different ways of doing things on us, and in that chaos there will be opportunity. /shrugs But yeah, it’s kinda grim if the people themselves are rigged :/
The current game of “democratic capitalism” is over and we lost. There is an inevitable future that we’re on the doorstep of and hopefully we don’t screw it up too. There’s a new generation emerging that seem to be deprogrammed and want a better world for all not just a chance, however unrealistic, of getting into the world of the elites
That’s certainly true unless yang wins or something else reformative, though it is indeed a catch 22 most likely at this point. And the people primarily don’t even care. 97% of prisoners never seeing trial? Who cares. Largest prison population on earth? Who cares. Human sacrifice based economy? Who cares. Literally zero non-rich impact on law passage? Who cares. Etc etc.
